Description
Accufire OMNIS Spotting Scope
The Accufire OMNIS Spotting Scope is a standalone digital observation device with 30–120× magnification and an onboard OLED screen. Designed for long-distance spotting, birdwatching and general observation, it lets you view the scene on a display and share it with others nearby.
OLED screen for shared observation
The 2.95-inch OLED display provides a convenient alternative to looking through a conventional spotting-scope eyepiece. More than one person can see the same image, making it easier to discuss a sighting and point out details within the scene.
This shared view is useful when watching wildlife with a companion or helping another observer locate a distant subject. You can refer to the same displayed image without repeatedly changing viewing positions.
Adjustable 30–120x digital magnification
The OMNIS provides a digital magnification range from 30× to 120×, with smooth scaling between settings. Manual focusing allows you to adjust image sharpness for the observation distance.
Lower magnification helps retain more surrounding context, while higher settings enlarge the displayed subject. As with other digital optics, the useful detail available depends on the original image, atmospheric conditions and the stability of the setup.
Day and night capability
The Accufire OMNIS Spotting Scope supports daytime observation and digital night viewing. For use in darkness, it requires suitable infrared illumination from a separate IR light.
The infrared illuminator is not included. This is a digital day and night spotting scope, so its night image depends on available illumination rather than detecting heat signatures.
Record photographs, video and sound
Photo and video recording let you keep a record of observations, while the built-in microphone captures audio. Saved footage can be useful for reviewing a sighting after an outing or sharing it with someone who was not present.
Wi-Fi connectivity allows the OMNIS to connect with the Accufire app on compatible Apple and Android devices. Streaming to a phone or tablet provides another way to view the scene and share the observation.
Power and supported viewing
The scope uses four compatible rechargeable batteries, with a stated continuous runtime of approximately four hours. An external power source can also be connected through USB-C for longer sessions.
The integrated ARCA mounting system supports use with compatible observation equipment. A stable support is particularly helpful when using higher magnification.
The OMNIS is a standalone spotting device and is not intended for attachment to a firearm.
