The Pixfra ARC A635 is a handheld thermal monocular for wildlife watching, countryside observation and locating heat signatures in darkness. Combining a 640×512 thermal sensor with a 35mm F1.0 objective lens, it offers detailed thermal viewing in a compact design.

Whether you are checking fields, watching woodland edges or observing animals after sunset, the A635 provides a convenient way to explore your surroundings without relying on visible light.

Detailed thermal imaging

The 12μm sensor has a thermal sensitivity of ≤30mK, helping it distinguish small temperature differences within a scene. This supports separation between animals and their surroundings when viewing through the eyepiece.

A manufacturer-rated detection range of up to 1,800 metres gives the monocular considerable reach across open ground. Actual performance depends on conditions and the size of the subject; detection does not mean an animal can be identified at that distance.

Clear OLED viewing

The 1440×1080 OLED display presents the thermal image through the eyepiece. Six colour palettes allow you to select a view that suits the scene and your preferences.

Choose from White Hot, Black Hot, Iron Red, Alarm, Amber and Emerald. Switching palettes can make it easier to interpret different backgrounds during an observation session.

Digital zoom offers additional viewing flexibility, while manual focusing lets you adjust the image for subjects at different distances.

Capture and share your observations

The Pixfra ARC A635 includes built-in video recording, allowing you to save memorable wildlife encounters for later viewing. App connectivity also provides a way to share the viewing experience with others.

These features are useful when keeping a record of activity or reviewing something you spotted during an evening walk. You can observe through the monocular and retain footage to revisit afterwards.

Practical construction for outdoor use

A magnesium alloy body provides a robust housing for regular outdoor use. The handheld format makes the monocular convenient to carry between observation points and bring into use when needed.

Its replaceable rechargeable battery design offers flexibility during longer outings. Carrying a charged spare allows you to replace a depleted battery without waiting for the device to recharge.
