The Cyclone 325 offers 2.4× base magnification and a viewing area measuring 18.4 metres across at a distance of 100 metres. This provides a useful balance between scene coverage and image detail for short and medium-range observation.

The manufacturer specifies detection up to 1,300 metres. Actual performance depends on subject size and environmental conditions, and detection range should not be confused with the distance at which you can identify an animal.

Clear AMOLED display

A 0.39-inch AMOLED display with 1024×768 resolution presents the thermal image through the eyepiece. Six colour palettes allow you to choose how temperature differences appear on screen.

Forest, Target and Outline image modes provide further viewing options. These settings allow you to select a presentation that suits the background and your personal preferences.

Digital zoom is available when you want to enlarge a section of the scene, while picture-in-picture provides an additional viewing option.
