Description
HIKMICRO Thunder 2.0 TH35 Thermal Scope with Rail
The HIKMICRO Thunder 2.0 TH35 is a compact thermal imaging scope supplied with a rail. It combines a sensitive thermal detector with a 35mm lens, onboard recording and a removable rechargeable battery pack, providing a practical package for observing heat signatures in daylight and darkness.
Detailed 384 × 288 thermal imaging
The 384 × 288 sensor uses a 12μm pixel pitch and thermal sensitivity below 20mK to reveal subtle temperature differences. This helps distinguish warm subjects from their surroundings and brings out detail across the thermal scene.
A 50Hz refresh rate supports fluid viewing, while the 35mm F1.0 lens provides a stated detection range of up to 1,800 metres. Detection range refers to spotting a heat source; the detail available for identification depends on distance, conditions and the subject.
Adjustable magnification and comfortable viewing
The scope provides 3× base magnification with up to 8× digital zoom. Its field of view measures 13.2m × 9.9m at 100m, providing useful surrounding context during observation.
The top-mounted focusing control allows convenient image adjustment. A 0.39-inch OLED display with 1024 × 768 resolution presents the thermal image through the eyepiece, with 45mm eye relief and adjustable dioptre settings.
White Hot, Black Hot, Red Hot and Fusion palettes let you choose how temperature differences appear. Picture-in-picture provides an enlarged inset while keeping the wider scene visible.
Recording and HIKMICRO Sight connectivity
The HIKMICRO Thunder 2.0 TH35 includes onboard video recording, snapshot capture and recoil-activated recording. Its built-in 16GB memory stores footage and photographs without requiring a separate memory card.
Connectivity with the HIKMICRO Sight app allows compatible mobile devices to access streaming and remote-control features. This provides a convenient way to review and share observations.
Removable rechargeable battery
The removable lithium-ion battery pack can be recharged away from the scope, making battery management straightforward between outings. Ellmor’s listed package specifies up to 6.5 hours of runtime, although actual operating time depends on temperature, settings and use.
External power support provides another option for extended sessions.
Durable construction with rail included
The scope has an IP67 protection rating and an operating temperature range of -30°C to 55°C. Its body weighs approximately 515g without the battery; the supplied rail and other accessories add to the overall setup weight.
This package includes the rail stated in the product listing. Check mounting compatibility with your equipment before purchase, or contact Ellmor for advice.
