High-Resolution 640×512 Thermal Sensor

The HIKMICRO Condor CQ50L 2.0 features an integrated laser rangefinder (LRF) capable of measuring distances out to a manufacturer-stated 1000 metres.

With stated accuracy of approximately ±1 metre under specified conditions, the LRF provides useful distance information directly through the thermal monocular.

Accurately judging distance from a thermal image alone can be difficult, particularly at night and across open countryside, making an integrated LRF a valuable feature for gamekeeping, wildlife observation and pest-control applications.

For customers who primarily require a wider view for relatively close-range scanning, the Condor CQ35L 2.0 may be more appropriate.

HIKMICRO Shutterless Image System – HSIS

The Condor 2.0 series features HIKMICRO’s Shutterless Image System (HSIS).

Conventional thermal imagers periodically calibrate the image using a shutter, which can momentarily interrupt observation.

HSIS is designed to provide a smoother, more continuous thermal image with fewer interruptions, making observation more natural when scanning or following moving wildlife.
