Description
Kerbl Works Buds BT Bluetooth Hearing Protection
Kerbl Works Buds BT combine in-ear hearing protection with Bluetooth audio in a completely wireless design. They offer music and phone functions alongside interchangeable tips for different uses.
Choose the correct ear tips
The supplied foam tips provide the certified hearing-protection configuration, with a 31dB SNR rating. Silicone tips are supplied for everyday listening, sport and leisure.
Correct tip selection and fitting are essential. The SNR rating is a laboratory measure, rather than a guarantee that every sound will be reduced by exactly 31dB.
Adjustable Awareness mode
Awareness mode uses a microphone to let you hear surrounding sounds and conversations. Its level can be adjusted or switched off.
Kerbl states that the ambient microphone automatically deactivates when external noise reaches 85dB. This electronic function works alongside the protection provided by correctly fitted foam tips.
Bluetooth music and calls
Kerbl Works Buds BT connect to a compatible smartphone for music and calls. Their calling microphone includes noise reduction to help limit background sound during conversations.
Battery and storage
The earbuds offer up to eight hours of runtime per charge. A rechargeable case provides storage and charging between uses. Actual runtime depends on settings and use.
IP65 protection provides resistance to dust and water jets.
Selecting hearing protection for work
Consider the noise level and duration of exposure when choosing protection. For workplace use, select equipment to suit the noise assessment and follow the supplied fitting instructions.
Check the ear tips regularly and replace worn or damaged parts. Keeping the tips clean and in good condition helps maintain fit and hygiene.
