HIKMICRO ALPEX 4K Lite LRF A40EL Night Vision Scope

The HIKMICRO ALPEX 4K Lite LRF A40EL combines detailed digital imaging, integrated distance measurement and onboard recording in a compact scope. Its traditional 30mm tube and lightweight construction make it a practical option for compatible airgun and rimfire setups, with full-colour daytime viewing and digital night vision in one device.

Detailed 4K day and night viewing

A 3840 × 2160 CMOS sensor works with a 40mm F2.0 lens to capture detail across changing light conditions. The scope offers 3.5–20.5× magnification and a field of view measuring 18.7m × 10.1m at 100m.

Day, Night, Auto, Green and Yellow image modes let you choose a display suited to the surroundings. For use in complete darkness, pair the scope with a suitable external infrared illuminator. Night-time visibility depends on the illuminator, weather and scene.

Integrated 1000m laser rangefinder

The A40EL includes a Class 1 laser rangefinder that measures from 3 metres to 1,000 metres, with stated accuracy of ±1 metre. Distance information is available through the scope, reducing the need to carry a separate rangefinding device.

This integrated rangefinder distinguishes the A40EL from the standard A40E model. The A40EL also includes a built-in ballistic calculation feature.

Clear OLED display and comfortable viewing

The 0.49-inch OLED display has a resolution of 1920 × 1080. Adjustable dioptre settings and 45mm eye relief help accommodate different users, while picture-in-picture provides an enlarged inset alongside the main view.

A minimum focusing distance of 2 metres allows the scope to focus on nearby subjects. Continuous zoom control makes it straightforward to change the displayed magnification during observation.

Record video, photographs and sound

The HIKMICRO ALPEX 4K Lite LRF A40EL supports video recording, snapshots and audio capture, with 32GB of internal storage. Its sensor captures 4K imagery, while saved video resolution is 1920 × 1080.

Recoil-activated recording offers an automatic capture option. Hotspot connectivity and support for the HIKMICRO Sight app provide convenient access to connected features and saved footage.

Compact construction and rechargeable power

Weighing approximately 474g without the external battery, the scope keeps its size and weight manageable. The standard 30mm tube accepts compatible mounting rings, and IP67 protection provides resistance to dust and water.

An internal rechargeable battery works alongside a replaceable rechargeable 18650 battery. HIKMICRO specifies seven hours of continuous operation at 25°C with the hotspot switched off. Actual runtime varies with settings and conditions.

USB-C charging supports the internal battery; the external battery requires a suitable charger.
