Description
The GPO Rangeguide 2800 10×50 combines binocular observation and laser distance measurement in one instrument. With 10x magnification and 50mm objective lenses, it lets you examine distant detail and check the distance without switching between separate binoculars and a handheld rangefinder.
For stalking, land management and outdoor observation, this combined design keeps both functions close at hand.

Observe and Measure Through One Optic
The 10×50 format brings distant subjects closer while retaining a useful view of the surrounding landscape. A central focus control and adjustable eyecups help you set the binoculars to suit your viewing position.
ED lenses and multiple optical coatings support image quality, while nitrogen filling helps prevent internal fogging when temperatures change.
Laser Ranging and Scan Mode
Use a single measurement to check a selected object, or scan mode to take repeated readings as you survey an area. Hyperscan provides four measurements per second, helping you compare distances across different points in the landscape.
The maximum 2,800-metre measurement distance applies to highly reflective targets under suitable conditions. Actual ranging performance depends on the target’s size, surface, angle and reflectivity, as well as visibility and ambient light. It should not be treated as a guaranteed range for every subject.
Distance, Angle and Temperature Information
Alongside direct distance, the GPO Rangeguide 2800 10×50 offers horizontal-distance information and an angle display. These help distinguish the measured line-of-sight distance from the horizontal distance when observing across sloping ground.
The OLED display presents readings within the viewing system. Adjustable brightness lets you choose a setting appropriate to the surrounding light.
Set Up for Comfortable Viewing
Before heading out, adjust the eyecups, interpupillary distance and focus to suit your eyes. Familiarise yourself with the measurement controls and display settings so you can operate them comfortably in the field.
