Impex Push In Nipple and Grommet – I-Flex 26
The Impex Push In Nipple and Grommet provides a drinking nipple and mounting seal for compatible poultry water systems. This I-Flex 26 model features a red Delrin outer body and a 360° side-action pin, allowing birds to activate the nipple from different directions.
It is a practical component for game-rearing and duck drinking systems, whether you are replacing existing nipples or assembling a compatible installation.
360° pin activation
The I-Flex design allows water to be released by moving the pin from the side or pushing it upwards. A metering pin controls water delivery, while stainless steel ball, pin and seating components form the valve arrangement.
Water output depends on the operating conditions, including water pressure and how the pin is activated. Use the manufacturer’s flow information when matching the nipple to your drinking system.
Mounting grommet included
Each nipple is supplied with a rubber mounting grommet. The grommet fits into the mounting opening and helps seal around the nipple when it is installed correctly.
Your existing product specification lists a 9.5mm mounting hole for compatible square tubing, round tubing or containers. Check the tubing or container specification and the manufacturer’s fitting instructions before installation.
