The Hotline Shrike HLB100 Electric Fence Energiser is a compact, lightweight battery-powered energiser designed for small temporary electric fences and short fence lines up to 800 metres.

Simple to install and easy to move, the Shrike is ideal where a portable electric fencing solution is required. Its unique hanging case allows the energiser to be conveniently hung from the fence line, fence post or suitable earth stake, making it particularly useful for temporary fencing and frequently moved fence setups.

Powered by two standard D-cell batteries, the Hotline Shrike provides a convenient solution in locations where mains electricity is unavailable. It can also be operated from an external 12V battery using the appropriate optional connection lead, giving you additional flexibility.

Ideal for Small & Temporary Electric Fences

The Hotline Shrike is particularly suited to applications where only a relatively short electric fence needs to be powered.

Its compact size and battery operation make it easy to relocate when the fence layout changes, while the hanging design means a separate energiser stand is not normally required.

For larger fence systems, electric netting or more demanding applications, a higher-powered Hotline energiser should be considered.

Battery Powered with 12V Option

As standard, the Shrike operates from two D-cell batteries housed inside the unit.

For applications where longer-term external battery power is preferred, the energiser can also be connected to a 12V battery using the optional Hotline Shrike 12V battery lead.

The Shrike is also compatible with a 2.5W solar-assist panel, which can help extend battery life in suitable conditions.
