• Season budget: record budgeted costs, amounts paid and unpaid commitments.
• Members: enter member details, subscription amounts and payment due dates.
• Payments: record receipts using the matching member ID to update member balances.
• Shoot days: organise dates, attendance, staffing, guest income and expenses.

Straightforward records in Microsoft Excel

Enter your own figures in the yellow input cells. Calculated cells and sheet structure are protected to help prevent accidental changes. The workbook contains no macros, and payments and costs are entered manually.

Your expected season surplus is a planning figure based on expected season income less the full season cost budget. It should not be treated as your bank balance.

Getting started
